What You Need

• No experience required — we'll train you
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Available to work weekends and early mornings
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)
• Basic cooking, baking, or food safety knowledge a plus

The Role

As a Prep Cook and Biscuit Maker, you'll set the kitchen up for a great day — making our biscuits and prepping ingredients so the line can deliver. You'll:

• Mix, shape, and bake biscuits to our recipe and quality standards
• Prep ingredients and menu items with consistent portioning
• Properly store and label food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
• Work with the kitchen team to keep service flowing
