High-Volume Restaurant | Full-Time
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Above-average knife skills
- Experience cutting and portioning meat, poultry & seafood
- Strong portion control and waste management
- High-volume food preparation experience
- Knowledge of FIFO, food safety & sanitation
- Ability to follow recipes and prep sheets accurately
- Organized, efficient and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong team player
Professional kitchen experience preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
