Prep/Cook

We‘re looking for experienced, reliable, and hardworking cooks to join our growing team! We are seeking individuals with experience preparing Caribbean and Jamaican cuisine who are passionate about cooking, maintaining quality, and working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Caribbean and Caribbean dishes.

Complete daily food prep, including cutting, seasoning, marinating, and portioning ingredients.

Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.

Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Assist with inventory, food storage, and daily kitchen operations.

Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining food safety standards.

Work together with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

Experience with food preparation and commercial kitchen operations.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Flexible availability and willingness to learn.

Passion for cooking and delivering great food.
