The Role:

As a Preplanning Sales Advisor with Envision Strategic Partners, you will play a vital role in guiding families alongside Diehl Whitaker Funeral Home through the process of pre-arranging their funeral services. This is a high-impact role in a growing field: every day, more than 10,000 Baby Boomers reach retirement age, and demand for preneed services is rising. This is a unique opportunity to establish yourself in a field that combines financial success with profound client service.

• Manage client relationships with a high level of care and integrity.
• Commit to ongoing development and training to continually refine your skills.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to attain license.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with coaching and mentorship from senior sales leaders.
• Professional appearance and clothing/attire appropriate for funeral career.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check and credit history check required for licensing.
