Job Description PPRT Coordinator

Position: PPRT Coordinator

Department: Academics – Pre-Primary & Primary

Reports To: Principal / Head of School

**Location:**Kalwa,Thane West,Mumbai.

Experience: 5–8 years, with at least 2 years in a coordination/leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the academic functioning of the Pre-Primary and Primary sections.
• Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom practices, assessment and documentation.
• Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum and pedagogical practices.
• Mentor, guide and monitor teachers to enhance teaching-learning outcomes.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Plan and coordinate academic events, activities, projects and celebrations.
• Monitor student progress and work closely with teachers to address learning needs.
• Promote experiential, activity-based and child-centred learning.
• Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and academic matters.
• Maintain academic records, reports and other required documentation.
• Organise teacher meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.
• Work collaboratively with the Principal and leadership team for academic planning and school improvement.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, safety standards and child-protection practices.
