Preroll Machine Operator & Packaging Tech

Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures

• Operate and monitor preroll filling and cone machines

• Hand-roll prerolls as needed

• Weigh product and verify fill accuracy

• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment

• Perform quality checks and remove defective units

• Track inventory and production in NMS2S

• Keep machines and workstations clean and sanitized

• Follow all SOPs and state compliance rules

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools to fabricate and assemble packaging materials
• Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
