PRESALE SALES ASSOCIATE

About the Role

BUNDA is coming to Tampa Bay, and we're building our founding team.

We're opening in Carrollwood in early 2027 and looking for a Presale Sales Associate to work alongside the owners to introduce BUNDA to Tampa and build our Founding Member community.

During presale, you'll connect with prospective members, support community events, and help build excitement leading into Grand Opening. After we open, the role will transition into member experience, front desk operations, and continued membership growth.

Presale & Membership Growth

• Work directly with the owners to drive presale membership sales and reach our Founding Member goals

• Hit weekly goals for outreach, booked workouts, and new memberships

• Connect with and follow up with prospective members by phone, text, and email

• Guide prospects from their first conversation through becoming a Founding Member

• Become an expert on BUNDA's membership options and presale offer

• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales in Mariana Tek and Xplor Growth

• Build relationships with Carrollwood and Tampa-area businesses, community partners, and neighborhood groups

• Help plan and execute presale events, BUNDA Glute Camps, pop-ups, and Grand Opening activities

Member Experience & Studio Operations | After Opening

• Greet and check in members and guests while creating a welcoming studio environment

• Answer calls and inquiries and provide studio tours to prospective members

• Educate prospective members on the BUNDA training method and answer questions about workouts, memberships, and studio offerings

• Support Trainers before, during, and after classes

• Process memberships, class packages, and payments and maintain accurate member accounts

• Share current promotions, events, challenges, and retail offerings

• Assist with retail sales

• Continue supporting membership growth and converting prospective members after opening

Team Expectations

• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative

• Take ownership of tasks without needing constant direction

• Communicate clearly with members, prospects, the owners, and teammates

• Support the owners with daily tasks, projects, and studio goals

• Represent BUNDA professionally both inside the studio and throughout the Tampa community

• Wear approved BUNDA apparel during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others

• Confident communicating value and asking for the sale

• Outgoing and able to connect with different types of people

• Goal-oriented and motivated by results

• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills

• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Previous sales, customer service, fitness, or hospitality experience preferred

Schedule

This is a part-time position.

During presale, much of the work will take place out in the community throughout Tampa, including outreach, events, pop-ups, partnerships, and BUNDA Glute Camps. Some evening and weekend availability will be required for community events.

After opening, shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Room to Grow

We plan to open additional BUNDA studios across Tampa Bay. As we grow, there will be opportunities for strong team members to move into lead and management roles.

Compensation

$17/hour plus uncapped commission on memberships sold.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced fitness environment

• Able to kneel, bend, reach, and climb as needed

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
