Presales Analyst

We are looking for a Presales professional responsible for solutioning, client presentations, product demonstrations, proposals and POCs for enterprise customers across the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities for RFPs, RFIs and SOWs, including solution design, proposals, presentations and follow-ups.
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations and client discussions.
• Understand client business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Handle technical/functional evaluations and client objections.
• Support and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) through the evaluation stage.
• Scope solutions for accurate effort and resource estimation.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Management and Delivery teams throughout the presales cycle.
• Ensure smooth handover of solutions and requirements to delivery teams.
• Provide market and customer insights to support product strategy and future solutions.
• Stay updated on relevant enterprise technology and SaaS trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4-6 years of Experience in Presales in Software Industry
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong experience in RFP/RFI/SOW and proposal preparation.
• Ability to develop creative, client-focused solutions for complex business requirements.
• Experience with enterprise customers and SaaS-based solutions.
• Exposure to Banking, Credit Union, Healthcare, and Government sectors.
• Knowledge of Contact Center/CCaaS and Telephony solutions such as Cisco, Genesys or Avaya is an advantage.
• Willingness to work according to Middle East and UK business hours. Role & responsibilities
