Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Presales & Solutioning professional to lead solution development and proposal activities for enterprise IT services opportunities, with expertise across AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Applications and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end presales and solutioning for medium to large IT deals.
• Develop AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Application and Managed Services solutions.
• Manage RFP/RFI, proposals, solution architecture, estimation and pricing.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery and Technology Practices to develop winning solutions.
• Conduct client workshops, solution presentations and technical discussions.
• Identify opportunities for GenAI, AI Agents, Copilots, AIOps and automation.
• Develop solution value propositions, differentiators and executive presentations.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators and solution offerings.
• Mentor junior presales and solutioning team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-14 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Consulting or IT Services.
• Strong expertise in Cloud, Applications, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI and Managed Services.
• Experience in RFPs, proposals, solutioning, estimation, pricing and commercials.
• Strong communication, presentation, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
• Experience in BFSI, Life Sciences, Retail, Manufacturing or TTH is preferred.
