Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand student aspirations and provide detailed information on available study abroad programs.
• Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
• Schedule counseling sessions and follow up on potential leads to increase conversions.
• Maintain and update CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for international education and student counseling.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
