A fast-scaling B2B software company in the customer-engagement and marketing-technology space is seeking a Solution Consultant to strengthen its pre-sales function across Hong Kong and regional markets. Backed by strong growth and a large, expanding customer base, the business helps brands automate marketing, lift conversion, and run sales and service more efficiently through a unified messaging platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales and customer success teams to surface client needs and shape fit-for-purpose solutions
• Lead solution demonstrations for senior and executive stakeholders, articulating commercial value clearly
• Scope integration approaches live with prospects, advising on technical fit and any customisation required
• Field technical objections and clarify platform capabilities throughout the sales cycle
• Contribute to formal bid and proposal responses, keeping them sharp and competitive
• Build and maintain a library of sales assets — decks, proposals and reference cases
• Track competitor activity and market shifts to strengthen positioning and strategy
• Feed field insight back to product teams to shape the roadmap
• Support marketing and industry events, including executive briefings and conferences

Requirements

• Several years in pre-sales, sales engineering or customer-facing solution consulting, ideally within SaaS or marketing technology
• Domain grounding in marketing or loyalty technology, with hands-on exposure to CRM, CDP, POS and e-commerce integrations
• Genuine technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks and integration design, and able to test integrations hands-on rather than always deferring to engineering
• A knack for turning technical detail into tangible business outcomes
• Confident, polished presenter in front of senior audiences
• Collaborative operator who thrives in a fast-paced, product-adjacent environment
• Relevant tertiary background welcome, though demonstrated capability weighs more
• Professional fluency in Cantonese and English, with working-level Mandarin
