Presales Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities within the government and financial sectors, secure new customers and bring new business to the company;
2. Lead the technical pre-sales activities across the whole selling cycle, including customer requirements discovery, solution design, technical proposal preparation, product demonstration and presentation;
3. Review and analyze market situations and customer needs, evaluate business cases and prepare tailored technical proposals;
4. Manage tender and bidding processes, including preparing technical bids, handling technical clarifications and supporting contract negotiations from a technical perspective;
5. Collaborate with internal delivery, engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality solution design and excellent service delivery;
6. Maintain good communication with partners and potential customers, proactively develop and retain customer relationships through visits and engagement, and continue to create new business opportunities in designated industries.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales; previous experience in government, financial sector or ICT industry would be an advantage;
2. Technical background in networking / infrastructure / cyber security / cloud computing / AI or ICT related;
3. Excellent attention to details, presentation, communication, interpersonal, organization and follow-through skills;
4. Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese and English.
