Presales Engineer

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Develop tailored IT solutions that meet customer requirements, leveraging expertise in one or several areas of network, storage, server, security, or cloud technologies.
• Value Proposition: Recommend configurations that deliver the best price-performance ratio and effectively present them to clients.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and complete relevant product certifications.
• Project Scope: Interpret and define Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Deliver product presentations, prepare presales documentation, and support technical proposals for hardware and software solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with colleagues, vendors, and customers.

🎯 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales or Sales Engineering within the IT industry.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following: Server, Storage, Operating Systems, Databases, Monitoring Tools, Backup Software, Network Security, or Cloud Computing.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture and integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Proactive, fast learner, positive thinker, and service-oriented mindset.
