Presales Engineer

PT Megaroyal IT Comindo was first established in 1986 as one of the first pioneers who introduced modern IT Technologies into Indonesia well-known companies. We currently hold the authorized distributor status for Legrand Data Center Infrastructure and Sunbird Data Center Infrastructure Management Software. Data center infrastructure we supply such as: rack, containment, PDU (power distribution unit), KVM (keyboard video monitor), EMS (environmental monitoring system), electric power distribution (low voltage electric panel, busbar), etc. With the massive development of data centers in Indonesia, we are focused on taking part and providing the best data center solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering is strictly required.
2. Proficient in using AutoCAD for technical drawings, system design, and layouting.
3. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
4. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or project engineering (preferably in IT, data center, or electrical power distribution industry). Fresh graduates with strong relevant background are welcome to apply.
5. Solid understanding of electrical infrastructure, power distribution systems, low voltage panels, or ICT systems.
6. Skilled in creating technical documents such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
7. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills to convey technical solutions clearly to clients.
8. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
9. Possession of a valid Class A (SIM A) and Class C (SIM C) driver’s license is a plus.

Job Description:

1. Analyze customer technical requirements and design tailored electrical/ICT infrastructure solutions using AutoCAD.
2. Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, BoQ (Bill of Quantity), and supporting design documentation for tenders or client presentations.
3. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions for potential clients in English and Indonesian.
4. Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team to ensure technical alignment and successful deal closing.
5. Collaborate with technical and project teams during solution implementation and hand-over processes.
6. Conduct site visits to assigned or potential clients to gather technical requirements, perform surveys, and maintain strong relationships.
7. Prepare and submit regular activity and performance reports to upper management.
