Presales Engineer

🚀 About the Role

Solution Consulting | B2G & Enterprise | Technology Solutions

We are looking for a Presales professional who can bridge business requirements and technology solutions, working closely with government and enterprise clients to design and present solutions that address their business needs.

This role will work across requirements gathering, solution design, technical proposals, TOR, bidding, and client presentations, while collaborating with Solution, Architecture, Sales, Business Development, vendors, and distributors to drive projects from opportunity to successful submission.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement & Solution Design

• Gather and analyze requirements from government and enterprise clients
• Work closely with Solution and Architecture teams to design practical and optimal technology solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear solution concepts and proposals
• Understand and evaluate solutions across Application, Cloud, Security, and Integration

Proposal & Bidding

• Prepare TOR, technical proposals, solution presentations, and related documentation
• Prepare and coordinate technical documents for project bidding submissions
• Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements, project scope, and technical specifications
• Support the team throughout the bidding and proposal process

Client Presentation & Technical Consulting

• Present proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders
• Participate in technical discussions, requirement clarification, and solution workshops
• Communicate technical concepts, solution approaches, and key considerations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Vendor & Internal Collaboration

• Coordinate with distributors and technology vendors to gather product information, technical specifications, and solution support
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Solution, Architecture, and related teams to develop winning project solutions
• Support project teams in addressing technical requirements and ensuring successful project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Design, or Technical Consulting
• Good understanding of Application, Cloud, Security, and System Integration
• Experience preparing technical proposals, TOR, or bidding documentation is preferred
• Experience in Government / B2G bidding is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and distributors
• Good command of Thai and English is an advantage
