Are you a technically driven professional who enjoys turning customer requirements into the right technology solutions? 💡

We are looking for a *Pre-Sales Engineer* to join our growing team in Mauritius and play a key role in supporting our *Sales & Business Development activities within the IT Distribution industry.*

🔧 *WHAT YOU'LL DO*

🔹 Support the Sales team with technical pre-sales activities and solution positioning.

🔹 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

🔹 Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

🔹 Prepare technical proposals, solution write-ups and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

🔹 Support RFPs, RFQs, tenders and technical submissions.

🔹 Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical teams and technology vendors.

🔹 Conduct product training and technical sessions for customers, partners and internal teams.

🔹 Stay updated on emerging technologies, products and market trends.

🎯 *WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR*

✔️ Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

✔️ 1–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, Technical Sales or a similar role.

✔️ Exposure to Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, IT Infrastructure or Enterprise Technology solutions.

✔️ Strong technical presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

✔️ Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, system integrators or channel partners will be an added advantage.
