Presales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, technical discussions, and security assessments.
• Design and recommend cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with technical documentation.
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to create optimized security solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales
• Experience in enterprise security solution design and customer-facing engagements.
• Experience working with system integrators, distributors, or cybersecurity vendors is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
