Job description for Presales:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to create technical proposals and Proof of Concepts (POC) aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct needs-based analysis to ensure technical solutions fit customer expectations.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Assist Account Managers during opportunity qualification and technical discussions.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients prior to implementation.
• Help accelerate the sales cycle through responsive and accurate technical support.
• Communicate client feedback and technical requirements to the delivery and development teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience as a Presales Engineer in IT/Software companies or System Integrators, OR a Developer background with strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts, application architecture, application servers, and workflow lifecycles.
• Familiarity or experience with Joget DX platform (www.joget.org) is a huge plus (training will be provided for those without prior experience) .
• Proven track record in delivering software demos and successful POCs.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for business needs when required.
• Able to join ASAP / immediately is preferred
