Job Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled Presales Engineer to support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and customers, ensuring proposed solutions align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

·    Work closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

·        Gather and analyze customer technical and business requirements.

·        Design end-to-end technical solutions based on customer needs.

·        Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and solution architectures.

·  Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions.

·        Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

·        Coordinate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.

·        Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation approaches.

·        Stay current with industry trends in AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Software.

·        Support partner enablement and customer workshops.

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

·        2–5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting.

·        Strong understanding of AI, Cybersecurity, Networking, Virtualization, or Enterprise Applications.

·        Experience preparing technical proposals and customer presentations.

·     Excellent presentation and communication skills.
