Presales Engineer (Cyber Security Solution)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable Cybersecurity solutions.
• Design, size, and present Cybersecurity solutions, products, and services based on customer needs.
• Prepare bill of materials, proposals, quotations, and solution-related documentation.
• Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to deliver the proposed solutions.
• Provide technical consultation and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Support business development and account growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within the Cybersecurity or IT industry.

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, SIEM, or related technologies.

• Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
