Presales Engineer - Intern

Role Description The Presales Engineer - Intern role is a part-time, remote position supporting the sales and solutions team in demonstrating FLINTHIN’s business intelligence offerings. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with product demos, preparing technical documentation, and helping tailor solutions to client requirements. The intern will collaborate with sales representatives to respond to presales queries, analyze customer needs, and support basic integrations within the Zoho ecosystem. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting non-complex technical issues, contributing to proof-of-concept setups, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth presales process.

Qualifications

• Presales and Sales skills, including understanding customer requirements and supporting solution presentations.
• Technical Support skills for assisting with basic troubleshooting, configuration, and customer inquiries.
• Integration skills to help connect and configure Zoho and related tools within client environments.
• Foundational Security awareness to support secure solution designs and understand data protection considerations.
• Interest in business intelligence, analytics, and cloud-based platforms; familiarity with Zoho products is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities in a remote work setting.
• Pursuing or having completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage part-time hours effectively, and work independently with guidance from senior team members.
