Job Summary:-

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound lead generation activities. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and nurture prospective leads through regular follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads and feedback.
• Share project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers with prospective customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status and performance reports.
• Meet individual and team targets for lead qualification, site visit generation, and customer engagement.
• Assist the sales team with documentation and customer coordination whenever required.
• Stay updated on project features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
