Presales Executive

To generates leads and drives property sales by contacting potential clients, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and nurturing relationships, acting as a crucial link between prospects and the sales team through outbound calls, lead qualification, CRM updates, and consistent follow-ups, all while aiming to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential buyers/sellers, introduce properties, and answer inbound inquiries.

Property Information: Provide detailed project info, pricing, amenities, and location benefits.

Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate property viewings/site visits with interested clients for the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management: Update client data, track interactions in the CRM, and maintain follow-ups.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to convert leads, handle objections, and achieve targets.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on real estate trends and project details.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling/telesales, preferably in real estate.

Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

Ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities.

High school diploma; degree preferred.
