Pre sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Location: Pune

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA (Depending on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
• Explain project details, including location, pricing, amenities, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Build good relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements:

• 1 –3 years of experience in pre sales , real estate, sales, or a similar role.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
• Marathi, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
