Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads generated through digital marketing, portals, referrals, campaigns, and other sources.
• Make outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements including budget, location, property type, and purchase timeline.
• Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and USPs to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and intent.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead tracking throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
• Address basic customer queries and share relevant project information.
• Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned targets for qualified leads, site visits, and other pre-sales KPIs.
