Presales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless handover to the Design Consultant or Sales team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and an interest in interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify prospective customers by understanding their requirements, budget, location, and project timeline.
• Schedule appointments between qualified leads and Design Consultants.
• Explain the company's interior design services, process, and unique value proposition to potential clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Ensure all customer information is accurately updated in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Track lead status and provide timely updates to the management team.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns before assigning them to the sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification and appointment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to improve conversion rates.
• Support promotional campaigns and outbound calling activities as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
