Presales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and purchase timeline.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and available properties to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain lead records, update CRM software, and track enquiry status.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
• Achieve assigned targets for lead qualification, follow-ups, and site visit bookings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with sales, marketing, or real estate experience are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
