Presales Executive

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads by understanding client requirements and aligning them with suitable luxury properties.
• Develop and deliver impactful property presentations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate property tours, ensuring clients are provided with a premium experience showcasing the property’s exclusivity and features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align presales activities with ongoing campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and preferences using CRM tools.
• Provide sales teams with client insights and support in crafting personalized sales pitches.
• Assist in creating customized proposals and presentations for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
• Monitor and analyse lead conversion metrics, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches to enhance client engagement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with developers and channel partners to access premium property inventories.
• To carry out other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
