Presales Executive - Night Shift

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with prior experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, explaining projects, generating interest, and coordinating site visits with the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to effectively convert enquiries into site visits and potential sales.

Handle incoming enquiries through calls, digital leads, referrals, and other sources.

Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property needs.

Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to prospective customers.

Follow up with prospective customers regularly and maintain lead records.

Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects for further engagement.

Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective customers.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visit arrangements and customer handover.

Follow up with customers after site visits and update lead status.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions in CRM.

Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Site teams for effective lead management.

Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads and achieve defined conversion targets.

Maintain good customer relationships throughout the pre-sales process.

Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, site visits, and conversions to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
