Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
• Explain project details, configurations, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Generate and qualify leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales/Closing team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and site visits in CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to convert qualified leads into site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Achieve assigned lead conversion and site-visit targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales/telecalling/customer relationship roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Candidates with experience in residential real estate will be preferred

Computer skills : Word , Excel , Internet, Good English communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
