Presales Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Qualify potential accounts through cold calling, emails, and outbound outreach to maintain a robust lead pipeline.
• Proactively engage prospective customers via phone, email, and video calls to deliver product demos and pitch relevant solutions.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and industry trends, sharing actionable feedback with internal product and marketing teams.
• Manage sales pipelines and follow up systematically on leads generated from marketing campaigns and digital channels.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory for customer engagement.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior exposure to or high comfort with remote selling tools (phone calls, emails, video conferencing).
