Presales Leader

• Customer Solutions & Technical Presales
• Lead end-to-end technical solution design for enterprise and hyperscale customers.
• Translate customer requirements into power, cooling, space, and connectivity architectures.
• Conduct technical workshops, solution presentations, and data center site tours.
• Commercial & Deal Support
• Lead complex RFPs, RFIs, and strategic bids.
• Support pricing models, ramp-up strategies, and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical input for deal structuring and major contracts.
• Bid & Proposal Leadership
• Own and develop technical sections of proposals and bids.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Engineering, Operations, Connectivity, Finance, and Legal.
• Ensure proposals are high-quality, consistent, and operationally deliverable.
• Internal Alignment & Delivery Readiness
• Ensure solutions sold are technically sound and operationally feasible.
• Support structured handover to delivery and operations teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical and implementation risks early in the sales cycle.
• Product & Market Development
• Contribute to standard product definitions and solution bundles.
• Track hyperscale and enterprise market trends (AI workloads, high-density environments, edge deployments).
