Presales Network & Security (Solution Architect)

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer business and technical requirements.

• Design infrastructure solutions including LAN, WAN, WLAN, Network Security, and Data Center.

• Prepare technical documents such as proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), and network architecture diagrams.

• Deliver technical presentations to customers in collaboration with the sales team.

• Work closely with technology partners and vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sangfor, MikroTik, Juniper, etc.).

• Support tender and procurement processes, including document analysis and responses to RFP/RFQ.

• Provide technical input for pricing and commercial proposals.

• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) or product demonstrations when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a relevant role.

• Fresh graduates are welcome. Internship experience is a plus, with strong technical knowledge in networking and/or security.

• Good understanding of networking concepts (IP Addressing, Routing, Switching, Wireless, TCP/IP).

• Experience or knowledge in Network Security solutions such as Firewall, VPN, IPS/IDS, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Endpoint Security, or related security technologies.

• Familiar with security products such as Fortinet (FortiGate), Palo Alto Networks, Sangfor, Check Point, Cisco Security, Sophos, or similar vendors is a plus.

• Ability to create clear technical documentation and presentations.

• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with customers.
