Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering; a masters degree or MBA is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales, business development, or engineering services.
• Prior experience with an engineering services company, product engineering organization, or technology consulting firm.
• Strong presentation preparation and storytelling skills, with the ability to create executive-ready PowerPoint decks.
• Ability to translate customer problems into practical technical and business solutions.
• Good understanding of engineering services engagement models, estimation, proposals, and RFP/RFI processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder-management, and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings as required.
