Presales Solution Architect

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Conduct discovery meetings and workshops to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze business problems and translate them into tailored solution proposals.
• Prepare high-quality functional and technical proposals in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Support the sales team during client meetings by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
• Define the project scope after deal closure to ensure a complete and accurate handover to the implementation team.
• Produce functional documentation and solution scope to align internal teams before project kickoff.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and client presentations throughout the sales cycle.
• Run project progress demonstrations and milestone presentations for clients during implementation.
• Work closely with Product, Project Management, and Technical teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood.
• Identify implementation risks, technical dependencies, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Respond to technical questions, RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires.
• Stay updated on company products, digital technologies, competitors, and market trends.
• Support continuous improvement of presales processes, proposal templates, and presentation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Around 5 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Business Analysis, Technical Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.

• Experience working in digital transformation, enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, PropTech, FinTech, or similar technology environments.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation methodologies.

• Ability to understand both business and technical requirements.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience creating functional specifications, solution proposals, and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio or similar process-mapping tools.

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar is an advantage.
