Job Location: Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the win strategy: Qualify the deal, lead the win-strategy workshop, shape win themes and differentiators, and frame the executive problem statement using research, data, and competitive insight.
• Architect the integrated solution: Stitch Cloud, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Experience, Quality Engineering, and BPS into one coherent solution with AI as the spine, not a bolt-on, tailored to the client's industry.
• Direct the bid team: Align client partners, HBUs, IBUs, and delivery teams; run the Win room and keep decisions moving fast.
• Own the commercial construct: Co-develop win-price strategy with sales and finance, integrate estimation across HBUs, build outcome-based pricing models, and own the deal P&L and cash-flow view.
• Drive risk and governance: Run quantitative risk assessment of the client landscape and keep senior leadership aligned through every gate of the bid lifecycle.
• Present to clients: Carry the "why us, why this solution, why now" story through orals, BAFO discussions, and due diligence with CXO-level presence.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Must have 15+ years of overall experience, including 7-10 years in large deal solutioning across AI, Applications, Infrastructure, Data, and Business Operations, along with 2-3 years of deep expertise in AI, Data, and Engineering solutioning (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in at least one industry vertical, such as BFSI, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, or a related domain, along with proficiency in using AI tools across the proposal lifecycle and excellent storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• BE/B.Tech/MCA required; an MBA will be an added advantage.
