Presales Solution Architect – Data Platform & AI Engineering

About this role

We're looking for an experienced Presales Solution Architect to lead technical engagements across Data Platform, AI/ML, and Generative AI solutions for enterprise and government customers. You'll work closely with customers to translate complex business needs into compelling, end-to-end technical solutions — from architecture design and PoCs to proposals and bidding documents. This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business and wants to shape how organizations adopt AI at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their business challenges and technical requirements, then design end-to-end IT solutions spanning Data Platform, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Data Engineering
• Design robust architectures covering data pipelines, cloud-native and hybrid platforms, data ingestion and integration, MLOps environments, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI governance frameworks — all aligned with customer business objectives
• Lead solution presentations, live demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and technical workshops to showcase value and build customer confidence
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial documentation, including TOR/RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, proposals, solution diagrams, BOM, cost sheets, ROI analysis, and project timelines for both government and private sector opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and technology partners to build differentiated, competitive solutions
• Stay current on emerging AI/data technologies and industry trends to continuously strengthen the company's solution offerings
• Ensure a smooth, well-documented handover of each project from the presales stage to the delivery team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in Presales Engineering, Technical Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture, ideally with System Integrator (SI) or Vendor experience

• Strong technical expertise across Data Platforms, AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google/Hybrid), Kubernetes, container orchestration, and DevSecOps practices

• Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for customers and stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

• Solid understanding of Thai government procurement and bidding processes

• Strong project and task management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Vendor certifications such as NVIDIA AI, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, Oracle, IBM, TOGAF, or CDMP are a strong plus
