Presales Solutions Engineer - Endpoint Security

For our client, we are seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Endpoint Security to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will support presales efforts for endpoint security solutions, helping clients evaluate technologies that strengthen their cybersecurity posture. You will partner with sales teams and technical stakeholders to translate security capabilities into clear business value. The position is focused on customer conversations, solution education, and building the collateral and demonstrations needed to move opportunities forward.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $230,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, including CIOs and CSOs, to understand their goals and technical requirements
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and technologies
• Stay informed on industry trends and security technologies
• Engage in self-study to enhance job-related skills
• Develop sales support materials and collateral
• Create use cases in the company lab for sales efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years in technical cybersecurity roles
• 3+ years in security presales consulting
• Intermediate understanding of security frameworks, including NIST, HITRUST, and CIS
• Intermediate knowledge of endpoint security, including EDR, EPP, and XDR
• Strong communication skills for selling technical products
• Preferred advanced certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or CISM
