PreSales Solutions Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join a growing international technology team.

This is a client-facing technical role combining software engineering, solution design and pre-sales. You will work closely with Sales and customers to understand their business and technical challenges, design appropriate solutions, and demonstrate how technology can address their needs.

🔎 What You'll Do

Solution Design & Pre-Sales

• Work closely with Sales and customers to understand business and technical requirements .
• Translate customer challenges into practical and scalable technical solutions .
• Design and present technical solutions based on cloud and software technologies.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) .
• Support Sales teams with proposals, RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation .
• Participate in customer discovery sessions, workshops and technical discussions.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Infrastructure, Data and Engineering teams.
• Support technical implementation, integration and troubleshooting when required.
• Continuously develop knowledge of cloud and emerging technologies.

🎯 What We're Looking For

💻 Relevant Technical Background

Experience with one or more of the following would be highly relevant:

• AWS / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud
• Cloud architecture
• APIs & system integration
• Web / mobile application development
• Software development
• Databases & data platforms
• Kubernetes / containers
• Infrastructure & networking
• GIS / location-based technologies

We are open to candidates from different cloud and technology backgrounds. What matters most is your technical foundation, customer-facing experience and ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions .
