Presales Technical Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Support Sales with Expertise: Be the technicaland operational guru during the sales processfor our Netherlands region.
• Scope and Recommend Solutions: Dive into customerrequirements, assess theirneeds, and propose top-notch solutions that align with their business goals.
• Craft Clear Scopes of Work: Developdetailed and well-structured scopes of work that clearly demonstrate how our technical solutions meet customer needs.
• Guide Tender Management: Providethe Sales Team with your technical expertiseto manage and excel in tenders.
• Analyze and Compare Technologies: Conduct technical analysesand comparisons to ensure the best technology choices for our customers.
• Security and Vulnerability Support:Offer top-tier securityand vulnerability testingor support.
• Be the Face at Events: Attendfairs and tradeshows, and shine whileparticipating in boothduty at various marketing events.
• Train and Educate: Conductengaging technical trainingsessions, making complexinformation accessible to all internal and external customers.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on other exciting dutiesas directed by the Technical Support Manager.

What You’ll Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a relatedtechnical discipline.
• Experience: At least 1 year in Security Video Surveillance and/orIT, with a proven track record in technical project management.
• System Integration: Hands-on experience with system integration is a major plus.
• Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the abilityto juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Independent Worker:A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Technical Writing:Advanced skills in technical writing.
• Communication Pro: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Sales Savvy: Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Dutch and English,both written and spoken.
