Preschool Centre Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager to oversee the daily operation of our preschool centre. The role includes staff supervision, parent communication, enrolment management, compliance with licensing and safety requirements, curriculum support and ensuring a high quality learning environment for children. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills with relevant experience in early childhood education and preschool operations.

Key Requirements / Qualifications

• Academic & Professional Qualifications.
• Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Education Management or related field.
• Relevant preschool / childcare / kindergarten certification as required by local regulations.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a preschool teaching, early childhood education or centre operations.
• At least 1-3 years in a supervisory, senior teacher, assistant manager, principal or centre management role preferred.
