Preschool Coordinator

Position: Pre School Coordinator
Location: Loni Kalbhor, Pune
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (Depending upon qualification and experience)

Job Summary:

Innovera School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre School Coordinator to lead and manage the pre-primary section effectively. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills along with a strong understanding of early childhood education practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide pre-primary teachers in daily academic planning
• Ensure smooth functioning of the pre-school department
• Monitor classroom activities, lesson planning, and student engagement
• Conduct teacher observations and provide regular feedback
• Coordinate events, celebrations, and parent interactions
• Maintain academic quality and discipline standards
• Support curriculum planning and implementation
• Handle parent concerns and ensure positive parent communication
• Organize training and development activities for teachers

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Knowledge of child development and pre-primary curriculum
• Creative and child-friendly approach

Qualification:

• Montessori / ECCE / NTT / PPTTC or related Early Childhood Education qualification
• Graduation mandatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Pre School / Pre Primary teaching or coordination
