Preschool Experienced Assistant Teacher - FT

Position Overview

Beaming Bright Learning Center is seeking an experienced and caring Preschool Assistant Teacher to support classroom activities and help create a safe, engaging environment where children can learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with daily preschool activities
• Supervise children during learning, play, meals, and routines
• Support age-appropriate educational and creative activities
• Prepare classroom materials and learning resources
• Encourage positive social and developmental skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers and families
• Follow childcare, health, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous preschool or childcare experience required
• Patient, dependable, and nurturing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to manage an active classroom environment
• Early childhood education experience is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification is helpful
