Duties

• Provide inspirational leadership to teaching staff, administrative personnel, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and motivated school community.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine engaging curriculum plans that meet developmental standards and promote early learning excellence.
• Oversee daily operations, including classroom management, student supervision, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives to grow the preschool’s programs, enhance facilities, and strengthen community partnerships.
• Manage the preschool’s budget effectively, including resource allocation, fundraising efforts, and financial planning to support school initiatives.
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development activities to maintain high-quality teaching standards.
• Engage actively with parents and guardians through regular communication, public speaking engagements, and community events to foster trust and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards related to education administration and early childhood development.

Experience

• Proven experience in preschool or early childhood education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching.
• Demonstrated success in curriculum development tailored for early learners that encourages exploration and foundational skills.
• Extensive management experience overseeing staff teams in educational settings with a focus on leadership and supervision.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising initiatives, and resource management within an educational organization.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including parents, staff, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with education policies, licensing requirements, and accreditation processes relevant to early childhood programs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
