Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning programs that keep children naturally engaged and curious.
• Use creative teaching aids and interactive methods to make learning enjoyable.
• Ensure that all activities adhere to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Encourage children to communicate, collaborate, and build social competence.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued and heard.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between children in a calm and constructive manner.
• Communicate with parents as needed to discuss concerns, progress, and updates.
• Maintain close observation of children to understand their individual needs and behaviors.
• Track and document each child's developmental progress and share insights with parents.
• Collaborate effectively with other educators and staff members at the centre.
• Engage with parents to better understand each child’s background and upbringing.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant experience in early childhood education (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
• Demonstrated nurturing qualities with a patient, compassionate, and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
