PRESCHOOL TEACHER (Hostel Provided)

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team.

The Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while supporting the children's learning, development, wellbeing, and daily needs.

We currently have 7 Teacher vacancies available across our Equine and PUJ branches, with placement based on the needs of each branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan & Conduct Lessons
Plan and conduct engaging daily lessons and activities according to the school's curriculum and learning objectives.

2. Create a Positive Learning Environment
Create a safe, fun, positive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages children to learn, explore, participate, and develop their confidence.

3. Support Children's Development
Monitor and support each child's academic, social, emotional, physical, and behavioural development.

4. Childcare & Safety
Provide appropriate care and supervision throughout the school day while ensuring the children's safety, health, wellbeing, and daily needs are properly attended to.

5. Classroom Preparation & Management
Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, classroom displays, activities, and maintain an organised and welcoming classroom environment.

6. Parent Communication
Maintain good communication with parents regarding children's progress, development, behaviour, activities, and other relevant matters.

7. Teamwork & Collaboration
Work closely with other teachers and the Principal to ensure smooth classroom operations and provide the best possible learning experience for the children.

8. School Activities & Programmes
Participate in school events, Open Days, Sports Days, celebrations, training, meetings, and other programmes organised by the school.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous preschool or teaching experience will be an advantage.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
• Patient, caring, responsible, energetic, and positive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Creative and willing to participate in classroom activities and school programmes.
• Able to manage children confidently and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Responsible and able to follow the school's policies, procedures, and standards.
• Willing to attend training and participate in school events and activities, including occasional Saturdays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
