The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who can connect with audiences, deliver scripted and unscripted content with clarity and energy, and represent Kavitah's brand professionally both on and off camera.

Job Description

Presentation

• Present assigned shows.
• Deliver scripts naturally and confidently while maintaining audience engagement.
• Introduce programme segments, topics, and guests professionally.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate discussions where required.

Research & Preparation

• Research assigned topics before every production.
• Review scripts and provide input where necessary.
• Prepare interview questions and talking points.
• Stay informed about current trends relevant to the programme.

Production Support

• Attend rehearsals, production meetings, and briefing sessions.
• Work closely with producers, directors, and the production team.
• Follow production schedules and call times.
• Participate in promotional content and behind-the-scenes productions where required.

Brand Representation

• Represent the Company professionally during productions and public engagements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Support the promotion of the programme on social media where required.

Presenting & Reporting

• Host and present Act One productions, interviews, and special features.
• Conduct engaging interviews with guests, industry leaders, and event attendees.
• Represent the brand professionally during events, productions, and public engagements.
• Deliver content confidently both on-camera and in live environments.

Content Research & Development

• Research relevant industry trends, entertainment news, lifestyle topics, and current affairs.
• Develop story ideas, interview questions, and discussion topics.
• Write daily stories on the website.
• Prepare briefing notes and content materials for productions.
• Stay informed on trending conversations and opportunities for coverage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a presenter, host, on-air talent, or similar role (reel/portfolio required)
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
• Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage an audience
• Ability to read and deliver scripts naturally, as well as speak confidently off-script
• Good time management and ability to work under production deadlines
• Comfortable receiving direction and adapting quickly during shoots
• A professional, reliable, and collaborative attitude

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a production company or media house
• Experience with interviews, voiceover work, or hosting live events

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lekki
