Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term goals
• Provide dynamic leadership to senior management, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Oversee organizational management, including operations, program development, and resource allocation
• Lead fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability and accountability
• Represent the organization publicly through speeches, media engagements, and community events
• Promote a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization

Experience

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within higher education or education administration
• Strong background in strategic planning, management, and organizational development
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and building partnerships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in university settings or educational institutions is highly desirable
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to inspire audiences and communicate vision clearly
• Background in higher education teaching or academic administration is a plus
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and community impact
