Position Purpose

As President , you will drive our strategic vision, blending high-level leadership with tactical execution. You will empower our executive team, optimize operational efficiency, and scale market presence to ensure continuous growth, profitability, and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution & Growth: Translate the CEO and Board’s long-term vision into high-impact operational plans, robust performance metrics, and agile budgets.
• Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, production, and logistics, eliminating bottlenecks and maximizing resource efficiency.
• Executive Leadership & Culture: Mentor and lead senior executives and department heads, championing a high-performance, values-driven company culture.
• Financial Stewardship: Own overarching financial planning, cost control, and profitability tracking to ensure rigorous compliance and fiscal health.
• Strategic Partnerships: Serve as a primary ambassador for the brand, forging high-value alliances with investors, key customers, and industry leaders.

Qualifications & Expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 6–10+ years of executive leadership experience spanning finance, accounting, operations, and/or sales within the foodservice industry .
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (High School Diploma/GED accepted with commensurate executive-level equivalent experience) .
• Core Competencies: Exceptional decision-making capabilities, stellar communication, deep financial acumen, and a proven track record of balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Education: Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Tenure: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in finance, operations, or sales.
