We are looking for a bold, entrepreneurial, and world-class leader to join us as President – Growth (Projects) .

This role is not just about delivering projects. It is about building the future.

• Led projects valued at US$250 Million+
• 10+ years of project leadership experience
• Strong understanding of project execution, contracting, commercial negotiations, and large-scale capital projects
• Operations experience will be a distinct advantage
• Deep technical expertise coupled with strong business acumen
• Passion for leveraging AI, technology, and digital tools to transform project delivery

What You'll Do

• Lead Vedanta's multi-billion-dollar growth portfolio across offshore and onshore developments
• Build an end-to-end contracting and project execution ecosystem
• Attract and partner with the world's leading EPC, engineering, and project execution companies
• Conduct a 10x talent search , identifying exceptional internal and external talent globally
• Build a world-class organization by hiring experts from around the world
• Identify star performers, strategic partners, and future leaders
• Drive AI-enabled project management, digital transformation, and execution excellence
